Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase on lovatrading.com you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. About the product Lova Trading provides a personalised behavioural risk management pack. The pack is an educational and analytical tool designed to help traders identify behavioural patterns in their trading and apply structured risk management practices. The pack is generated using information you provide during an onboarding form completed after purchase.

2. Not financial advice The Risk Management Pack is not financial advice. Nothing contained in your pack or on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or any regulated financial service. The pack does not recommend specific trades, instruments, or investment strategies. The behavioural analysis and risk management constraints provided are for educational and informational purposes only.

Lova Trading is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulatory body. If you require regulated financial advice you should consult an appropriately authorised financial adviser.

3. No guarantee of results The behavioural analysis contained in your pack is based solely on the information you provide during the onboarding process. The accuracy of your pack is directly dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit. Lova Trading makes no representation or warranty that following the constraints or recommendations in your pack will improve your trading performance, prevent losses, or result in profitable trading.

Trading financial instruments including but not limited to futures, forex, equities, and contracts for difference involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. Past behavioural patterns identified in your pack do not guarantee or predict future trading outcomes. You may lose some or all of your capital.

4. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lova Trading, its owner, and any associated parties accept no liability for any trading losses, account breaches, prop firm account failures, financial losses, or any other losses of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Risk Management Pack or any information contained within it.

You accept full and sole responsibility for all trading decisions you make following receipt of your pack. The pack does not make trading decisions for you and is not a trading system or automated strategy.

5. Eligibility You must be aged 18 or over to purchase from lovatrading.com. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to engage in trading activities in your jurisdiction.

You further confirm that you understand the risks associated with trading financial instruments and that you are purchasing this product for educational and informational purposes.

6. Your responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the onboarding form. If you provide inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information, the quality and relevance of your pack may be significantly reduced. Lova Trading accepts no liability for packs generated on the basis of inaccurate information provided by you.

7. Intellectual property Your Risk Management Pack is provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the contents of your pack commercially without our express written permission. The pack and all content produced by Lova Trading remains the intellectual property of Lova Trading.

8. Data and privacy Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these terms by reference and available at lovatrading.com/pages/privacy-policy.

9. Digital delivery and refunds Your pack is a digital product delivered electronically. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available at lovatrading.com/pages/refund-policy. By purchasing you acknowledge that digital content delivery will begin immediately upon generation of your pack and that you consent to and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 upon delivery of your digital content.

10. Governing law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published at lovatrading.com/pages/terms-of-service. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
