1. Who we are Lova Trading is a sole trader business registered in England and Wales with HMRC. We operate at lovatrading.com. For data protection enquiries contact us at the email address listed on our website.

What data we collect When you purchase and complete the onboarding form we collect the following information: your name and email address provided at checkout, your account type and broker or prop firm name, your account starting balance and current balance, your maximum drawdown limit and profit target, your risk per trade, daily loss limit, average trades per day and per week, your preferred trading session, news trading behaviour, strategy type, entry confirmation method, stop loss style, average risk to reward ratio, maximum concurrent trades, any emotional control notes you choose to provide, and any trading dashboard screenshots you upload. All of this information is used solely for the purpose of generating your personalised risk management pack.

3. Why we collect it We collect this data to operate our core service — analysing your stated trading behaviour and generating a personalised behavioural risk management pack. Without this data we cannot produce your report. We do not use your data for any other commercial purpose.

4. How we store it Your data is processed through our automated pipeline which includes Zapier, the Claude API operated by Anthropic, Airtable, and PDFMonkey. Your data is stored in Airtable for up to 12 months following your purchase to support any future product updates or V2 features you opt into. Screenshots uploaded during onboarding are processed and not retained beyond report generation. All third party processors we use are GDPR-compliant and operate under appropriate data processing agreements.

5. Who we share it with We share your data only with the third party processors necessary to deliver your report as described above. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to any other party for marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Your rights Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights contact us via the email address on our website. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies Our website is hosted on Shopify which uses cookies for essential site functionality, checkout processing, and analytics. By using our website you consent to Shopify's standard cookie usage. We do not use additional tracking cookies beyond what Shopify sets by default.

8. Third party links Our website may reference third party platforms such as prop trading firms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party and recommend you review their policies independently.
